How to Make Ultimate Amish Swiss Fondue
- In a medium saucepan, sauté garlic then add sauterne. Bring to a boil, whisk in thawed cheese mixture stirring constantly until smooth and bubbly. Stir in sherry, reduce heat to a simmer.
Place in a fondue pot over medium to low heat. Watch carefully and do not allow to burn. Dip chewy French Bread cubes or Trail Bologna cubes.
