Ingredients
- 3 ounces sundried tomatoes, reconstituted and chopped fine
- 8-10 ounces gorgonzola, finely crumbled
- 3-4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 ounces finely chopped pecans
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make sun-dried tomato blue cheese spread

Step 1In a bowl, thoroughly mix all ingredients except the nuts. Lightly spray a small bowl, sprayed with cooking spray, to use as a mold.

Step 2Place nuts in the bottom of the prepared bowl. Spoon cheese mixture on top. Place plastic wrap tightly over the top and refrigerate a minimum of 3 hours or overnight.

Step 3When ready to serve, invert spread onto a plate and let stand at room temp for 1 hour. Serve with your favorite crackers or toasts.
