  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped strrawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon-tjyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-2 tablespoon whole milk

How To Make strawberry lemon-thyme cheese spread

  • Step 1
    In a small bowl, stir together cheese, strawberries, thyme and salt. Add milk gradually, stirring until desired spreading consistancy is reached. Transfer to a serving dish, and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
