How to Make Spicy Cream Cheese Ball
- Thaw cream cheese to room temperature for easy mixing.
- Chop 5 to 6 individual green onion stems. Add only a small portion of the onion itself.
- Chop half of the jar of dried beef.
- Add everything together and mold into ball. Wet hands slightly to smooth ball for presentation. Serve with a sturdy cracker-nothing that will crumble easily.
- This recipe is very easy to double. I've made it with three blocks of cream cheese for larger parties.
