A great tailgating dip, nice and spicy to go w/ that cold beer!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut up. i used reduced-fat
  • 1/2 bottle frank's red hot buffalo sauce
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon blue cheese dressing, i used low-fat
  • 1 - jalapeno pepper, seeded, minced
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cooked chopped chicken breast
  • 20 - celery stalks, halved crosswise

How To Make slow-cooked spicy, hot dip

  • Step 1
    In a 1-12/-quart slow-cooker, combine cream cheese, hot sauce, dressing, chicken, chopped celery and jalapeno pepper.
  • Step 2
    Cover, cook on low, stirring occasionally to melt cheese. Serve w/ celery sticks.
