I love any kind of stuffed mushroom! Especially portabellas! So with the mushrooms in my fridge and dinner tonight I made these and am enjoying right now!!

  • 1-2 c
    leftover sloppy joe meat w/ dash of cumin added
  • 2 pkg
    baby portabellas
  • ·
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ·
    bread crumbs
  • ·
    olive oil
  • ·
    chopped fresh cilantro

How to Make Sloppy Jose Stuffed Baby Bellas


  1. Wipe and pull stems from mushrooms. Small chop stems and add to meat.
    Stuff each mushroom w/meat.
    In small bowl combine equal parts shredded cheese and seasoned bread crumbs, Top mushroom. Drizzel with a little olive oil.
    Bake at 375 for about 20-25 min. Top with fresh chopped cilantro
    Its a round two recipe. Useing leftover sloppy joes
