This lightened-up version of a classic Southern spread is super yummy. We loved the creamy combination of the light mayo and Greek yogurt. The Greek yogurt adds a very slight tang. It's simple to make and after tasting it you'll never buy store-bought spread again. Great on a sandwich, on top of crackers or dipped into veggies.

Ingredients For skinny pimento cheese
1 creduced fat cheddar, grated
2 ozGreek yogurt, non-fat
2 Tbspmayonnaise, light
2 ozpimentos, chopped (half the jar)
How To Make skinny pimento cheese
1Add ingredients to a bowl.
2Gently fold all ingredients together. Don't mix it to death, it will ruin the texture of the cheese.
3Serve immediately. Keep leftovers refrigerated.
