Ingredients

1 lbground pork sausage, ( your favorite brand)

2 lblean ground beef

1 can(s)7 ounces green chili peppers

1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup

1 can(s)rotel tomatoes

3 lbvelveeta cheese, cubed

1 mediumonion ,chopped

2 pkglarge white tortilla chips

·extra jalapeno's as a side(optional)
How to Make Rose Mary's Meaty Nacho Cheese Dip
- Add cooked meat to crock pot, then add remaining ingredients. Stir to mix, add the velveeta, and stir to distribute throughout meat. Cover and heat on medium to low till cheese has melted.
- When cheese has melted stir, turn heat setting to low, and serve over tortilla chips. Can serve jalapeno's on the side.
