It is nice to have these make-a-head appetizers in the fridge so that I can greet guests. These are easy and very tasty!!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon green onion, chopped
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • - butter, melted

How To Make poco cheese snacks

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 400
  • Step 2
    combine first 3 ingrediants in mixing bowl.
  • Step 3
    Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 4 rectangles.
  • Step 4
    Brush each with melted butter. Spread filling evenly over dough. Starting at long end, roll each rectangle like a jelly roll.
  • Step 5
    Cut each roll into 8 to 10 segments. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake 10 - 12 minutes. Serve warm.
  • Step 6
    These can be prepared a couple of hours ahead and put in refrige and baked just before serving.
