It is nice to have these make-a-head appetizers in the fridge so that I can greet guests. These are easy and very tasty!!

  • 1 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 slice
    bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Tbsp
    green onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg
    refrigerated crescent rolls
  • ·
    butter, melted

How to Make Poco Cheese Snacks


  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. combine first 3 ingrediants in mixing bowl.
  3. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 4 rectangles.
  4. Brush each with melted butter. Spread filling evenly over dough. Starting at long end, roll each rectangle like a jelly roll.
  5. Cut each roll into 8 to 10 segments. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake 10 - 12 minutes. Serve warm.
  6. These can be prepared a couple of hours ahead and put in refrige and baked just before serving.
