We've never met a cheese ball recipe we didn't like and we absolutely loved this one. It's creamy with the spice from the pepperoni and saltiness of the cheddar cheese. Then there's a little tang from the pimentos. It's an awesome party appetizer. It would be perfect for football Sunday. Double the recipe and shape the cheese ball like a football.
