If you are having a party, or attending one, and need to bring a dish, this is the dish to bring. It is cheesy, has lots of meat, and a ton of flavor, and is always a big hit at any party. Serve it with lots of Tortilla chips, Guacomole, sour Cream & Salsa, and they will be asking for the recipe. Each time I take this to a party there is never any left.

I made this one for my husbands work party, by his special request. It is best served hot but I have known my neighbors to dig in and eat it cold. You and your guest will not be disappointed with this tasty appetizer, that fills you up.
