NUTTY BLUE CHEESE ROLLS

2/3 cfinely chopped walnuts
1/3 ccrumbled blue cheese
1 Tbspfinely snipped fresh parsley
1/2 pkg(1 crust) folded refrigerated unbaked piecrust
2 tspgrated parmesan cheese

How to Make NUTTY BLUE CHEESE ROLLS
- In a medium bowl, mix together walnuts, blue cheese, 1 Tbsp. parsley, and pepper.
- On a lightly floured surface, unfold piecrust according to package directions. Spread filling evenly over the crust. Cut pastry circle into 12 wedges. Starting at wide ends, loosely roll up wedges.
- Place rolls, tips down, on greased baking sheets. Brush rolls lightly with milk and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and additional parsley.
- Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm.
