Ingredients

  • 2/3 c
    finely chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 c
    crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    finely snipped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 pkg
    (1 crust) folded refrigerated unbaked piecrust
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk
  • 2 tsp
    grated parmesan cheese
  • ·
    finely snipped fresh parsley

How to Make NUTTY BLUE CHEESE ROLLS

Step-by-Step

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together walnuts, blue cheese, 1 Tbsp. parsley, and pepper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, unfold piecrust according to package directions. Spread filling evenly over the crust. Cut pastry circle into 12 wedges. Starting at wide ends, loosely roll up wedges.
  3. Place rolls, tips down, on greased baking sheets. Brush rolls lightly with milk and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and additional parsley.
  4. Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm.
