Ingredients
- 2/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely snipped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 package (1 crust) folded refrigerated unbaked piecrust
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 teaspoons grated parmesan cheese
- - finely snipped fresh parsley
How To Make nutty blue cheese rolls

Step 1In a medium bowl, mix together walnuts, blue cheese, 1 Tbsp. parsley, and pepper.

Step 2On a lightly floured surface, unfold piecrust according to package directions. Spread filling evenly over the crust. Cut pastry circle into 12 wedges. Starting at wide ends, loosely roll up wedges.

Step 3Place rolls, tips down, on greased baking sheets. Brush rolls lightly with milk and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and additional parsley.

Step 4Bake in a preheated 425-degree oven for 15 minutes or until golden. Transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm.
