Ingredients

  • 4 oz
    low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp
    low-fat salsa
  • 1/4 tsp
    chili powder
  • 4 medium
    whole wheat tortillas (6-inch in size)
  • 1/2 c
    reduced-fat montery jack cheese

How to Make Mexican Salsa Roll-Ups

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix philadelphia cream cheese, salsa and chili powder; spread onto tortillas. Top with cheese.
  2. Roll up tortillas tightly. Cut each crosswise into 5 slices. Cover plate with plastic wrap, and chill until ready to serve.
