Ingredients
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, packed in oil, drained & finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 medium tube goat cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- - baguette slices
How To Make mediterranean dip

Step 1Toast pine nuts in a non-stick pan over low heat. Watch the pan carefully as the pine nuts burn easily. This should only take a minute or two.

Step 2In a bowl, combine olives, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic and basil. Add the goat cheese, mixing slightly. Don't over-mix. Pour olive oil over top and then add cracked black pepper.

Step 3Serve with baguette slices.
