- 3/4 cup gorgonzola cheese

- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 2 tablespoons honey or dark brown sugar
- WALNUTS
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 2 tablespoons sugar, optionally use colored sugar crystals
