I'm on the maintenance (p3 ) phase of the HCG diet and needed a low carb version of the bisquick sausage ball recipe that I was making for our guests. So I experimented and these turned out really good.

Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 1 cup flax meal
- 10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup water (optional)
How To Make low carb sausage balls

Step 1Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 2Form into walnut sized balls and place on cookie sheet.

Step 3Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
