Ingredients

  • 2 pkg
    8oz ea. cream cheese
  • 3-4 medium
    blue cheese, crumbles
  • 1/2 tsp
    paprika
  • 1 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    celery, chopped fine

How to Make Laura's favorite cheese ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix above ingredients until well blended. chill 45 minutes.
  2. roll into large ball, log or 3 smaller balls. roll in chopped parsley and chopped walnuts.
  3. Wrap tighly with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve.
    Serve with toasted bagette slices or assorted crackers..
