kids' favorite game day pizza bread

Last year I involved my grand children in making some of the game day goodies and we made this together. They loved making it and loved eating it more:-) You can add cooked ground sausage or chopped bell peppers or whatever you usually like on your pizza.

Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 20 slices pepperoni, each slice cut into 4ths
  • 3/4 cup shredded italian style cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon dried italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 jar pizza sauce, for dipping. i used prego

How To Make kids' favorite game day pizza bread

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a bundt pan w/ cooking spray. Cut each biscuit into 4 pieces and place in a large bowl. Drizzle the pieces w/ the oil and toss to coat.
  • Step 2
    In another bowl, combined quartered pepperoni pieces, shredded cheese, grated cheese, herbs, onion powder and garlic salt. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Add biscuit pieces to pepperoni mix and toss to coat. Spoon mix into the pan evenly. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Spoon bread into individual bowls. Heat pizza sauce and serve w/ the bread for dipping.
