Holiday Cheese Ball
2-8 oz pkgcream cheese, room temperature
2 csharp cheddar cheese -shredded
1 Tbspfinely chopped onions
1 Tbspchopped green bell pepper
1 Tbspchopped pimento
2 tspworcestershire sauce
1 tsplemon juice
1/8 tspcayenne pepper
1 cchopped pecans or walnuts
How to Make Holiday Cheese Ball
- Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese in bowl until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients, except for the nuts; mix well. Refrigerate several hours.
- Shape into 1 large or 2 small balls and roll in chopped nuts. Serve with crackers.
- Variations-Change the shape and make a cheese log or a snowman or Christmas Tree. You can also make about 20 mini balls for individual servings.
