16 ozcream cheese
16 ozshredded sharp cheese
1/2 lbsliced roasted beef from deli, chopped up
1 Tbspworcestershire sauce
1/2 cdiced green onions (about 3 stalks)
How to Make Holiday Cheese ball
- Mix softened cream cheese with green onion, half shredded cheese, worcestershire sauce and chopped up deli roast beef slices.
- Set in fridge for about half an hour, then remove and form into ball. Roll ball in remaining cheese and wrap or cover return to fridge until firm.
- Set out with club crackers or your cracker of choice when ready to serve as appetizer or snack.
