2 packages cream cheese, 8 oz each
1 can crushed pineapple, drained. 8 1/2 oz can
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped very fine.
2 tablespoons onion, chopped very fine.
1 tablespoon season salt
1 1/2 cups pecans, chopped very fine.

How To Make holiday cheese ball

Step 1

Cream cheese, all ingredients except the pecans. Shape into a large ball and refrigerate until firm. Roll to cover entire ball in the finely chopped pecans.
