1Heat oven to 400. In small bowl, beat egg w/ water. Unfold pastry sheet onto floured surface. Roll out into a 14" square.
2Cut off corners to make a circle. Spread preserves to w/in 1" of pastry edge. Sprinkle preserves w/ cranberries and almonds. Top w/ brie round. Brush edges of pastry w/ egg mix.
3Fold 2 sides of opposite pastry over cheese round. Fold remaining sides up over cheese. Press edges to seal. Place round seam-side down on baking sheet. Brush w/ egg mix. Bake 20 mins, or until golden.
