Ingredients
- 6 large eggs,hard boiled , chopped( reserve 2 whole yolks)
- 1/4 cup thawed spinach, cooked and drained and squeezed dry, chopped
- 1 medium avocado, scooped and diced
- 1 tablespoon greek feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon greek feta cheese with lemon,garlic and oregano
- 1 teaspoon parmesan cheese,grated
- 1 tablespoon plain greek yogurt
- - dash of salt and pepper to taste
How To Make greek egg salad snack

Step 1Chop eggs coarsely and fold in remaining ingredients. Serve as open-faced sandwich on whole wheat bread or crackers and grate reserved yolks over filling before serving.
