grandma's ham & cheese ball
This recipe has been a family favorite for years. We have it every Christmas/New Year's Eve. It is my grandmother's recipe. Every time I take it somewhere, people love it.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup (scant) miracle whip
- 1 can (5 oz.) chunk ham
- 12 - drops tobasco sauce (adjust to your taste)
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- - chopped pecans
How To Make grandma's ham & cheese ball

Step 1Cream together cream cheese and Miracle Whip.

Step 2Drain ham (if needed). Add ham (I chop it a bit while it's in the can before adding it), Tobasco sauce, and parsley flakes to mixture. Stir together.

Step 3Cover and refrigerate for 3-4 hrs.

Step 4Drop onto wax paper and roll mixture into a ball using the wax paper. Roll in chopped pecans.

Step 5Serve with Ritz crackers, Triscuits, or whatever suits your fancy.
