this recipe was invented by my mother who is now gone. my daughter and her friends loved it so much, they would pay her to make it for them to take home.

2 pkgcream cheese

garlic salt

celery salt

milk
How To Make grandma's chip dip

1soften cream cheese either by microwave or setting it out for a couple hours

2cover the top of each slab of cream cheese with celery salt

3cover one slab of cream cheese with garlic salt
-
4use hand mixer to mix cream cheese and celery salt and garlic salt together. Add small amounts of milk and keep using mixer till whipped.
