Grandma Thelmas wasn't the best cook, but we loved her Pineapple cheese Ball and she would bring it to every dinner we had.

Ingredients For grandma thelma's pineapple cheese ball

  • 2 pkg
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c
    minced celery
  • 2
    green onions, chopped
  • 20 oz
    crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans

How To Make grandma thelma's pineapple cheese ball

    In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, celery, onion and crushed pineapple. Divide the mixture in half and form two balls. roll each ball inthe pecans. Wrap in plastic and chill until ready to serve.
