How to Make Goat Cheese and Date Pop-ems

  1. Make a small slit in each date with a sharp knife. Stuff each date with goat cheese. Do not over stuff. Place dates on baking sheet that has been lightly coated with olive oil.
  2. Bake in 375 oven for approx. 10 minutes or until dates start to brown and "crisp" and cheese softens. Serve immediately. Great also at room temperature.
