Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground lean chicken
  • 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup philladelphia garlic-herb cooking creme
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon italian style bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasonings
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon each, salt & pepper

How To Make garlic & herb cheese-chicken meatballs

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 450. Line a rimmed baking sheet w/ foil, spray foil w/ cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    In lg bowl, combine chicken, eggs, cooking creme, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, red pepper flakes, italian seasonings, garlic powder, oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • Step 3
    Form mix into 20 meatballs. Place on baking sheet Bake about 20 mins or until juices run clear.
