ground lean chicken
eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c
philladelphia garlic-herb cooking creme
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp
italian style bread crumbs
1 tsp
crushed red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp
italian seasonings
1 Tbsp
garlic powder
1-1/2 Tbsp
olive oil
1 tsp
each, salt & pepper

How to Make Garlic & herb cheese-chicken meatballs


  • 1Heat oven to 450. Line a rimmed baking sheet w/ foil, spray foil w/ cooking spray.
  • 2In lg bowl, combine chicken, eggs, cooking creme, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, red pepper flakes, italian seasonings, garlic powder, oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  • 3Form mix into 20 meatballs. Place on baking sheet Bake about 20 mins or until juices run clear.
