Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground lean chicken
  • 2
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 c
    philladelphia garlic-herb cooking creme
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian style bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp
    crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasonings
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1 tsp
    each, salt & pepper

How to Make Garlic & herb cheese-chicken meatballs

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 450. Line a rimmed baking sheet w/ foil, spray foil w/ cooking spray.
  2. In lg bowl, combine chicken, eggs, cooking creme, parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, red pepper flakes, italian seasonings, garlic powder, oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Form mix into 20 meatballs. Place on baking sheet Bake about 20 mins or until juices run clear.
