Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked small shrimps
- 1/2 cup gruyere cheese grated
- 1/2 cup emmental cheese grated
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup white wine
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make french baked shrimps ramequins

Step 1Preheat the oven at 325 degreed F

Step 2Combine all of the ingredients except the shrimps in a large saucepan and cook over low medium heat stirring until cheeses are thoroughly melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in shrimps. Pour mixture into ramequins. Spread grated cheese on top of each ramequins.

Step 3Bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Step 4Serve it with FRENCH CROUSTADES.
