french baked shrimps ramequins

I use cocktail shrimps so it makes a delicate creamy texture. Everytime I make it the French connection loves it!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked small shrimps
  • 1/2 cup gruyere cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup emmental cheese grated
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt

How To Make french baked shrimps ramequins

  • Step 1
    Preheat the oven at 325 degreed F
  • Step 2
    Combine all of the ingredients except the shrimps in a large saucepan and cook over low medium heat stirring until cheeses are thoroughly melted and mixture is smooth. Stir in shrimps. Pour mixture into ramequins. Spread grated cheese on top of each ramequins.
  • Step 3
    Bake for 10-15 minutes until bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  • Step 4
    Serve it with FRENCH CROUSTADES.
