Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 pounds round of brie cheese
  • 1 cup toasted almond slices
  • MELBA TOAST OR SLICED HARD ROLLS

How To Make fondue of brie

  • Step 1
    1 hour before serving,place brie on a flame proof platter.After about 30 minutes,remove the layer of crust.
  • Step 2
    Place cheese under a preheated broiler until the surface bubbles.
  • Step 3
    Garnish with toasted almonds.Serve hot surronded with toast or rolls.
