How to Make Fondue of Brie
11 hour before serving,place brie on a flame proof platter.After about 30 minutes,remove the layer of crust.
2Place cheese under a preheated broiler until the surface bubbles.
3Garnish with toasted almonds.Serve hot surronded with toast or rolls.
