Ingredients

    bags baked tortilla chips
  • 1
    32 oz can refried beans
  • 8 oz
    reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz
    reduced-fat, shredded monterey jack cheese
  • 1 c
    cherry tomatoes, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c
    green onion, thinly sliced
  • ·
    sour cream, for garnish
  • ·
    salsa for garnish.
  • 1 jar(s)
    jalapenos, sliced

How to Make Easy bite nachos

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to broiler setting. Place foil on baking sheet and spary lighlty w/ cooking spray. Spread out tortilla chips evenly on baking sheet.
  2. Spread a thin layer of beans on each chip. Sprinkle chips w/ both cheeses. Top w/ jalapenos.
  3. Place baking sheet on middle rack and broil chips until cheese is bubbly, about 1-2 min. Top w/ sliced tomatoes and green onions. Serve w/ salsa and sour cream.
