Always a favorite around my house. We never tire of this oldie but goodie recipe! Enjoy! *Tip: You can always double the recipe for larger crowds or office snacks!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups bisquick mix
  • 1 pound neese's sausage, extra hot or sage (whichever your preference)
  • 8-12 ounces cheddar cheese, extra sharp, hand grated fresh
  • - buttermilk or milk to mix

How To Make drema's "sausage balls"

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Step 2
    In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, mix well with hands. Add just enough buttermilk or milk to moisten. Mix thoroughly with hands.
  • Step 3
    Form into bite-size balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes on 450 degrees F. Yum! I can already smell them!
