Always a favorite around my house. We never tire of this oldie but goodie recipe! Enjoy! *Tip: You can always double the recipe for larger crowds or office snacks!

Ingredients
- 3 cups bisquick mix
- 1 pound neese's sausage, extra hot or sage (whichever your preference)
- 8-12 ounces cheddar cheese, extra sharp, hand grated fresh
- - buttermilk or milk to mix
How To Make drema's "sausage balls"

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2In large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, mix well with hands. Add just enough buttermilk or milk to moisten. Mix thoroughly with hands.

Step 3Form into bite-size balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes on 450 degrees F. Yum! I can already smell them!
