Ingredients For crunchy cheese dip

  • 8 oz
    can pineapple tidbits
  • 2
    8-oz. [kg. cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz
    can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    minced chives
  • 1 tsp
    seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 c
    chopped pecans
  • freshly chopped parsley
  • assorted crackers

How To Make crunchy cheese dip

  • 1
    Drain pineapple reserving 1 tablespoon juice. In a small bowl combine pineapple, cream cheese, water chestnuts, chives, salt, pepper and pecans. Stir in reserved juice, mix well. Garnish with parsley. Cover and chill. Serve with crackers. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
