Ingredients
- 1 large loaf of French bread
- 8 ounces softened cream cheese
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 10 ounces frozen spinach thawed, squeeze all water out
- 1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
How To Make creamy spinach bacon crostini

Step 1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the bread at an angle. Lay slices on a sheet pan.

Step 2Place in the preheated oven for 5 - 8 minutes to crisp the bread. Set aside.

Step 3In a bowl mix cream cheese, bacon, mayo, garlic, and black pepper until smooth.

Step 4Add in the spinach and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix well.

Step 5Spread the spinach and cheese mixture over the toasted bread. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
