Creamy, spicy sausage crscent rolls.

1 lbground spicy turkey or pork sausage

18 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened

28 oz pkgs refrigerated crescent rolls

1egg white, lightly beaten

1 Tbsppoppy seeds
How to Make Creamy, spicy sausage crscent rolls.
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg cookie sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet over med-high heat, lightly brown sausage. Drain if using pork, place back into skillet.Stir in cream cheese until melted and mix is creamy.
- Separate rolls and arrange into 2 rectangles. Place sausage mix evenly down the middle of each triangle. Fold over long sides of rolls to cover sausage mix.
- Place each roll on cookie sheet, seam-side down. Brush w/ eggwhite. Sprinkle w/ poppy seeds. Bake 20 min, or until crust is golden. When cooled, slice into 1-1/2" slices.
