Ingredients
- 1 pound ground spicy turkey or pork sausage
- 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 2 - 8 oz pkgs refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 - egg white, lightly beaten
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
How To Make creamy, spicy sausage crscent rolls.

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg cookie sheet w/ cooking spray. In lg skillet over med-high heat, lightly brown sausage. Drain if using pork, place back into skillet.Stir in cream cheese until melted and mix is creamy.

Step 2Separate rolls and arrange into 2 rectangles. Place sausage mix evenly down the middle of each triangle. Fold over long sides of rolls to cover sausage mix.

Step 3Place each roll on cookie sheet, seam-side down. Brush w/ eggwhite. Sprinkle w/ poppy seeds. Bake 20 min, or until crust is golden. When cooled, slice into 1-1/2" slices.
