Creamy Pizza Dip

Got this recipe from a gal friend in Albany, IL. Tasted it and had to have it!

8 oz
philadelphia cream cheese
3 Tbsp
tomato sauce
1/4 c
grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp
granulated garlic
1 pinch
crushed red pepper (optional)
1/2 c
shredded mozzarella cheese
3 Tbsp
chopped black olives
3 Tbsp
chopped artichokes (optional)
crispy italian bread rounds


1Chop olives and artichokes. Set aside.
2Spread room temperature cream cheese into a small baking pan. This is the “crust”.
3Assemble the pizza: spread 2 T tomato sauce over the cheese
4Sprinkle with grated parmesan
5Sprinkle the oregano, garlic and red pepper over the cheese and tomato
If you are using olives and artichokes, lay those on top of the spices
6Last put the shredded mozzarella cheese on top
7Bake in 400 degree oven for about 10 min, until mozzarella is melted.
8Before you serve, mix all the ingredients together and transfer to serving dish.
9Serve warm or room temperature with bread rounds
