Looking through some magazines tonight to see what would go well with a Roasted Red Pepper Soup and I stumbled upon this recipe. It was in my Taste of Home magazine Feb/Mar 2009 issue. Wow, can I say these are so yummy and taste incredible! These are wonderful paired with soup, a main dish or just for a snack.

I hope you enjoy as much as we did.
(I was able to get my 15 yr old nephew Rhyan to help make these and he just loved the flavors and crunch of the toast!)
