Cordi's Cheese Ball

Cordelia Stewart

This is another one of my 'wing it' recipes. I wanted to make a cheese ball for Christmas dinner but had never made one before and I hadn't found a recipe that was quite 'me'. So I took whatever was in my kitchen and went for it... The result? The cheeseball disappeard and multiple requests for the recipe.
((Side note, I've found regular bell peppers give me heart-burn and gas and and the mini's do not. They are sweeter and much worth the search for them!))
