Confetti Party Pinwheels

I take a platter of these to parties and potlucks and always come home with an empty plate! They are always a great hit.

  • 2 pkg
    lite cream cheese
  • 1 bunch
green onions, finely chopped, tops included
  • 1 Tbsp
    jalepeno slices, diced
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped olives
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 2
green tortilla wraps (garden spinach herb)

How to Make Confetti Party Pinwheels

  1. Place softened cream cheese into mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon to a thick creamy consistancy. If necessary, microwave 10 seconds at a time until it becomes "stir-able."
  2. Once softened, add chopped ingredients: green onion, jalepenos, olives and pimientos. Stir until well-blended. (*Adjust jalepenos to taste.)
  3. Divide mixture in half, and spread each half onto one tortilla. Roll tightly and wrap with Saran Wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  4. Before serving, remove chilled rolled tortillas from refrigerator, unwrap and slice into 3/4" slices. Arrange on platter and serve. Oh-so pretty! And scrumptious to boot!
