I take a platter of these to parties and potlucks and always come home with an empty plate! They are always a great hit.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages lite cream cheese
  • 1 bunch green onions, finely chopped, tops included
  • 1 tablespoon jalepeno slices, diced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped olives
  • 1 tablespoon pimientos
  • 2 - green tortilla wraps (garden spinach herb)

How To Make confetti party pinwheels

  • Step 1
Place softened cream cheese into mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon to a thick creamy consistancy. If necessary, microwave 10 seconds at a time until it becomes "stir-able."
  • Step 2
Once softened, add chopped ingredients: green onion, jalepenos, olives and pimientos. Stir until well-blended. (*Adjust jalepenos to taste.)
  • Step 3
Divide mixture in half, and spread each half onto one tortilla. Roll tightly and wrap with Saran Wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  • Step 4
Before serving, remove chilled rolled tortillas from refrigerator, unwrap and slice into 3/4" slices. Arrange on platter and serve. Oh-so pretty! And scrumptious to boot!
