Confetti Party Pinwheels

Sondra McFarland

I take a platter of these to parties and potlucks and always come home with an empty plate! They are always a great hit.

Add to Grocery List

2 pkg
lite cream cheese
1 bunch
green onions, finely chopped, tops included
1 Tbsp
jalepeno slices, diced
2 Tbsp
chopped olives
1 Tbsp
green tortilla wraps (garden spinach herb)

How to Make Confetti Party Pinwheels

  • 1Place softened cream cheese into mixing bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon to a thick creamy consistancy. If necessary, microwave 10 seconds at a time until it becomes "stir-able."
  • 2Once softened, add chopped ingredients: green onion, jalepenos, olives and pimientos. Stir until well-blended. (*Adjust jalepenos to taste.)
  • 3Divide mixture in half, and spread each half onto one tortilla. Roll tightly and wrap with Saran Wrap. Place in refrigerator overnight.
  • 4Before serving, remove chilled rolled tortillas from refrigerator, unwrap and slice into 3/4" slices. Arrange on platter and serve. Oh-so pretty! And scrumptious to boot!
