I made this delicious cheese ball for my niece, Casie's wedding. The only thing I regret that day was I didn't make enough....this cheese ball disappeared fast! I love you Casie & Michael! *Google pic*

Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter or margarine
2 1/2 tablespoons light brown sugar
3/4 cup powder sugar
3/4 cup mini chocolate chips, not semi-sweet
1 cup chopped pecans
- graham crackers

How To Make chocolate chip cheese ball

Step 1

In large bowl, mix together cream cheese, butter, brown sugar, powdered sugar, and chocolate chips. Form into ball and roll in pecans. Serve with graham crackers.

Step 2

I then place the cheese ball in the center of plate. Add graham crackers around the cheese ball. For a child's party I use Teddy Grahams.
