chili rellenos-annette's
This aren't your typical Chili Rellenos where you stuff a pepper, dip it in egg, batter and fry it. They are more of a finger food appetizer type treat and boy are they good. Recipe from my mama.

Ingredients
- 10-12 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cans green chilies, drained
- 1/2 cup flour
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make chili rellenos-annette's

Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam.

Step 2Line pan with 5-6 slices or mozzarella cheese. Pour one can chilies on top of cheese. Repeat steps ending with second can of chilies.

Step 3Beat eggs, mix with milk, flour and salt. Pour over chilies and cheese. Top with cheddar cheese.

Step 4Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into small squares. Enjoy!
