How to Make Chili Rellenos-Annette's
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam.
- Line pan with 5-6 slices or mozzarella cheese. Pour one can chilies on top of cheese. Repeat steps ending with second can of chilies.
- Beat eggs, mix with milk, flour and salt. Pour over chilies and cheese. Top with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into small squares. Enjoy!
