How to Make Cheesy Onion Pinwheels
- Combine the sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green onions, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture over one side of a tortilla. Tightly roll the tortilla up. Repeat with as many tortillas as you can.
- Place all tortillas on a plate and cover with Saran wrap. Refridgerate for at least 1 hour.
- Slice the tortillas into 1 inch pieces. Serve with salsa or picante sauce.
