Ingredients For cheesy onion pinwheels

  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 8 oz
    package softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 c
    sliced green onions
  • 1 Tbsp
    lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp
    diced jalapeños
  • package 6 in tortillas
  • TO DIP IN
  • salsa or picante sauce

How To Make cheesy onion pinwheels

  • 1
    Combine the sour cream, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green onions, and lime juice in a bowl.

    Spread the mixture over one side of a tortilla. Tightly roll the tortilla up. Repeat with as many tortillas as you can.

    Place all tortillas on a plate and cover with Saran wrap. Refridgerate for at least 1 hour.

    Slice the tortillas into 1 inch pieces. Serve with salsa or picante sauce.
