Ingredients

Step 1

Cook bacon well in either a skillet or microwave and crumble into tiny pieces.

Step 2

Slice apples (Red Delicious works best. Must be firm, juicy, sweet apple) into approximately 1/4 round pieces.
Step 3

Spread herbed cheese onto each apple slice. I use the Laughing Cow because there are so many varieties but you want to stick with herbed or garlic.
Step 4

Sprinkle each slice with bacon pieces, serve immediately and enjoy!
