- 1 1/4 cups peccorino-romano cheese, grated
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 stick butter, unsalted, softened
- - fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
How To Make cheese crackers

Step 1Blend together first 4 ingredients. Gradually stir in the flour.

Step 2Scoup by tablespoonfuls. Place on parchment lined baking sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
