1 cpecans, in pieces, finely chopped
How to Make cheese ball
- Soften cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl,in microwave about 45 sec. to 1 min. Stir till smooth.
- Add all ingredients and stir until well blended. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
- Pour chopped pecans onto a piece of wax paper . Spoon all cream mixture on the pecans. Roll until covered. Refrigerate until served.
