Ingredients
- 1 - 15 oz container low-fat ricotta cheese
- 6 ounces crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed, dried thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed, dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon pure honey
- 36 slices toasted baguette bread
- 1 large apple of choice, cored, sliced thin
How To Make cheese and honey spread

Step 1Place ricotta cheese in lg bowl. Mix w/ mixer on medium speed for 2 mins. Stir in gorgonzola cheese, herbs and honey.

Step 2Spoon mix into serving bowl. Cover, refrigerate 1 hr. Spread mix evenly onto bread slices. And top w/ apple slices.
