Ingredients
-
1sheet puff pastry
-
1round wheel bree
-
1/2fresh ripe pear, or as i have used here fresh apple sliced
-
2 Tbspapricot preserves
-
1 Tbspchopped pecans
-
·dipping sauce
-
1/4 csweet thai chili sauce
-
1/4 capricot preserves or marmalade
-
1 tspsiracha, more if you like more heat
How to Make brie encroute with pecans and fruit
- Thaw the puff pastry and roll out a little thinner.
- Cut the rind off the brie and set in the middle of the pastry
- Spread rest of preserves over pears, sprinkle the pecans over the pears.
- Combine all dipping sauce ingredients and serve with the brie.
