    corn tortilla
  • 3/4 c
    fat-free cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 can(s)
    black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2
    green onion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 4 Tbsp
    fat-free sour cream, divided
  • ·
    chopped cilantro (optional)

How to Make Black Bean Quesadillas Makeover


  1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Spray large nonstick baking sheet with cooking spray. Place 4 corn tortilla on prepared baking sheet Sprinkle each with half the cheese.
  2. Combined beans, onions and cumin in a small bowl; mix lightly. Spoon bean mixture evenly over cheese. Top with remaining tortilla. Spray tops with cooking spray.
  3. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cheese melts and tortillas are browned. Cut into quarters. Top with 1tbsp of salsa and sour cream.
