Puffy, cheesy sausage balls for cocktails in front of the fireplace.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces ground spicy pure pork sausage
  • 3 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parskey flakes
  • 2 tablespoons water

How To Make bisquick cheese puffs

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350^. Break up sausage in 10-inch skillet. Cook until gray and crumbly; drain off fat.
  • Step 2
    Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl; mix in cooked sausage thoroughly with hands. Shape dough into balls 1 inch in size.
  • Step 3
    Bake on ungreased baking sheet 15-20 minutes or until tops are lightly speckled. Serve warm.
