Beef and Cream Cheese Roll Ups
I make these all the time and the recipe was given to my by a very dear friend more than 30 years ago
- 4.50 oz
- ( 2- 2.25 ounce) jar dried beef slices
- 8 oz
- cream cheese, softened to room temp.
- 24 small
- sweet gherkins
How to Make Beef and Cream Cheese Roll Ups
- 1Spread each slice of beef with about 2 teaspoons cream cheese.
- 2Put a sweet gherkin in the middle.
- 3Roll up and slice crosswise.
